The MAKEMAN utility can be used to create a formatted Reference Manual from
the online help text found in ONLINE.HLP. The utility should be run from
within the BOXER home directory where it and the online help files reside.
It requires no command line arguments.
MAKEMAN consults the file DEFAULT.KEY so that it can insert the current key
definitions which are in effect. This allows you to reconfigure BOXER to
the WORDSTAR command set, for example, and have your printed documentation
reflect the key reassignments. (See the file RECONFIG.DOC for details on
keyboard reassignment).
MAKEMAN will prompt for the page length to use during formatting. Unless
you have changed your printer to print specially, use 60 for Laser Printers
or 66 for other printers. MAKEMAN will create a file called MANUAL.REF
which you may then print to your printer:
